Echo narrator is a Version 1.6 event, during the event, collect the Resounding Shells scattered throughout the Golden Apple Archipelago to get all the prizes, including the "Radiant Summer" costume. Every time you collect a Conch shell, the echo within it will tell a story from the past. You can listen to the stories again in the "Reminiscences" interface.
Upon reaching Adventure Rank 21, you will be able to participate in the event.
When you have collected enough shells, you can get the corresponding rewards. Pick up 
Ringing Shells × 24 to get Barbara's Radiant Summer wardrobe for free.
