Barbara Pegg is a playable character in Genshin Impact.

She is the deaconess of the Church of Favonius and a self-proclaimed "idol" after learning about it from the intrepid adventurer Alice. She is also the daughter of Frederica Gunnhildr and Seamus Pegg, and the younger sister of Jean.

Profile

The deaconess of the Favonius church and a shining star adored by all. Although the concept of a young star is quite novel in a bardic city, the people of Mondstadt love Barbara anyway.

Barbara is the deaconess of the Favonius church, as well as the brilliant idol of Mondstadt.

All the people of Mondstadt adore Barbara. However, he learned the word "idol" from a magazine.

Barbara is a charismatic person who does her best to spread joy everywhere. The mere sight of her alone can lift people's spirits.

Barbara had never sung a song in her life up to this point, but she could not shirk her duty.

Never having sung before was no reason to abandon a child in a time of need.

And so, she took the child in her arms and sang to him the only song that was known: a lullaby.

After awkwardly singing the first few lines, he had to hum the rest of the tune,

However, his voice began to calm the boy, so he continued singing.

He sang the same song, over and over, until his throat was dry and his voice became hoarse. Finally, the boy fell asleep. Exhausted, Barbara lay down against the wall and fell asleep instantly.

Early the next morning, Barbara woke up to find that the boy's fever had dropped. Maybe it was because of the song he sang to her, or maybe it had something to do with the Vision that mysteriously appeared next to her hand during the night.

But Barbara didn't pay much attention to the Vision. Seeing the boy smiling once more was what filled his heart with joy.
